If you are new to the gym and just follow the trend when you see many people going, sooner or later you will give up if you do not have a goal, then you will not be motivated to go to the gym.
If you are a gym-goer who has been working out for a while but is starting to feel discouraged when having to go to the gym every day to see the weights, then find yourself new goals or think about the reason you started.
Whether you are new to the gym or have been working out for a while, motivation is very important to help you get off your chair and go straight to the gym.
Like many others, I am a true gym-goer and sometimes I get bored of going to the gym every day, but I have created motivation for myself in the following ways that I want to share with you.
1. The first way is to look at pictures of other gym-goers
Look at people who have better bodies than you, watch videos that talk about how gym-goers have changed their whole lives when going to the gym.
If you don't have six packs, watching muscular guys and six packs will help you motivate yourself to go to the gym to get six packs.
2. Think about how many people will love you, your dream of having a model-like body
Even if it's just imagination, that's what I usually do, when I first started going to the gym, I thought about how people would admire me when I had 6 packs and how girls would be crazy about me, what about other guys being jealous or crazy about us.
I also like working with beautiful people, everyone likes talking to beautiful people, if you are beautiful, it's a form of talent, you will see how people's attitudes change towards someone with a beautiful body, whether male or female, it will be an advantage for you.
With a beautiful body, you will comfortably show it off when going to the beach, or going to the pool to make everyone stare play.
So get your ass up and go to the gym now, don't open it too much and then fall asleep, you hear me!!!
3. If you have tried the above 2 methods and are bored, then buy a new gym outfit
Many studies show that you will be very eager to show off your new outfit at the gym and it will create great motivation for you to go to the gym right after buying it.
If someone compliments that you are wearing these gym pants or t-shirt today in the gym, I am sure you will have 200% or 300% to work out, that day you will not feel tired at all.
If you have money to buy a few more sets to wear for a few days, it will create motivation for at least a few days.
I know a website that sells beautiful gym clothes, especially bodysuits.
4. Try filming a video or vlog about gym fitness
If you are new to the gym, film a video of your feelings about the first days of going to the gym to share with people who are about to go to the gym, and post it on social networks, you can even earn a little extra money, or at least increase your excitement when many others ask about your initial training process.
If you have been training for a while, what do you think about creating a YouTube channel or a page of your own about gym and fitness vlogs, I guarantee you will want to go to the gym every day to record videos.
5. Think about the reason you started
A great motivation will come back like the first days of going to the gym is to think about the reason you started.
Did you go to the gym because your ex dumped you because you were too skinny, too fat, or too ugly? Thinking about it will help you continue to strive.
The reason you go to the gym is to have a beautiful body that many people are jealous of. So if you are not beautiful, continue to practice to be as beautiful as you dream, if you are beautiful, continue to maintain it, otherwise, you will be considered a failure because you return to your original ugly past.
Do you know that the body will help you change more than 80% of your appearance, if your face is ugly, the body will save your life with an eye-catching appearance, when you practice gym, your face will also change when your body changes and always become more harmonious, all gym-goers admit that.
Now go to the gym immediately, and train your body and mind.
